The complaint is the market
Players have said the same thing about 7 Days to Die’s random world generator for years: the roads are basic. Straight-line routing, flat intersections, no grade separation, nothing that looks like a highway department ever visited. Warlock Infrastructure is an environment pack that answers that complaint with real geometry: gateway interchanges, viaducts, river crossings, causeways, and eventually a full interstate standard, all built as random-world-generator tiles so they appear in freshly generated worlds without hand placement.
The work is organised as a Geometry Lab: a tile factory with a written standard, a component library, and a proof loop. Nothing is called done until a vehicle has been driven across it in the editor and the seam to vanilla terrain holds.
Sub-projects
- Environment Pack — the tiles themselves: gateway interchange, river crossing, diamond interchange, and the WI54 interstate design target.
- BMW M6 Gran Coupe — a drivable performance sedan, four mods deep, with a native paint system.
- Smart-Fifth — the Roadmaster 6x4 tractor and 53-foot dry van, with a working fifth-wheel coupling cycle.

Method
Build a tile. Load it in the prefab editor. Drive it. Read every seam against the standard. File a report whether it passed or not. The standard document grows every time something breaks in a new way.

Field reports
Filed against this project
Gateway River Crossing V1 accepted
The straight river-crossing tile passed its visual review and an in-editor drive in a vanilla truck. It is tagged, frozen, and will not be rebuilt. The next crossing is a new tile.
The Gateway Viaduct drives like a real road
First Warlock carriageway to pass a drive test. A 4x4 crossed the viaduct transition without a bump, and the basin below it holds nearly 24,000 authored water cells the game renders as water.
Smart-Fifth mechanical prototype approved and locked
The Roadmaster 6x4 and its 53-foot dry van couple and release on a native four-second cycle, with twin automatic landing gear. Approved as a mechanical prototype at v0.2.18, and named as one.
M6 Performance Plus flagship chassis approved
The San Marino Blue Performance Plus build was driven, listened to, and approved as the flagship chassis. Retuned steering and drivetrain, load-following engine audio, and a paint system that uses the game's own dyes.
