The count
On October 20 my mods crossed 1,000 downloads. One week later, overnight into October 27, they crossed 2,000:

These are total downloads, read off my two profile pages on the morning of October 27 (both screenshots are below). Nexus Mods also counts people, once each however many files they take: 995 unique downloads, five short of 1,000.
How it got here
The first 1,000 took three mods and three weeks. The second 1,000 took one week, with three new mods:
- October 21: Roadmaster 2.0, where the dry vans’ doors swing open and the vans fill with freight as you load them. The same evening, the TWC Workmaster, a cement mixer truck that really mixes.
- October 22: the TWC Roadmaster Deluxe, my Roadmaster on a longer frame for goosenecks, with a step deck, a lowboy and a recovery lowboy that winches your vehicles on.
- October 25: the TWC Quartermaster Tankers: a gas tanker that fuels your vehicles, a water tanker that pumps a lake, and a dry bulk that plants your farm.
The Roadmaster still carries the most weight: almost half of the 2,000 on its own.
The people
The numbers are the easy part to show. The same week, a player translated the Roadmaster into Chinese for their own players, and two players put the interstate into their own Nexus collections. The Tankers’ comments filled up with ideas: a full post-apocalyptic logistics company, a gas tanker blast that deserves more fireworks (I agree, and an update is coming), and Euro Truck Simulator fans waiting on a few more trailers.
