What shipped
WC M6 Gran Coupe v1.1.1 (mod folder BabyWarlockM6Performance). Bundles, all three runtime patches and every config file are byte-identical to v1.1.0; the lock record asserts it hash by hash. What changed: the README now describes the lamp set and tells you to expect three [BabyWarlock] banner lines and a 1.1.1 load line; the attribution file names the pack by its public name; an unused duplicate item icon was dropped; the mod manifest says 1.1.1. Boot-verified on V3.2.0 b10 before the zip was cut. The zip’s sha256 sits beside the download.
How it was found
On 25 September both vehicle packs went through a full release-readiness review before any new build work: game build still b10, all four runtime banners live, every live file hashed against its lock, both zips against their checksums, eight recent game logs read for warnings. The packs themselves were healthy. The M6 zip was not: it carried the README from v1.0.1 inside a v1.1.0 pack, because the 1.1.0 zip had been assembled by hand from the live folder the morning after the lamps were approved and nothing checked the text against the version it claimed.
What changed in the process
The M6 now has a publish tool of its own, with four phases that each refuse to continue on anything they cannot prove: a preflight that fails on any drift from the previous lock and checks every runtime’s assembly identity out of the file’s own metadata; an install that asserts the change set is exactly what was declared; a boot verification that reads the game’s log for the load line, the banners and any warning naming the mod; and a publish that will not cut a zip without a boot receipt whose hashes match the live folder at that moment. Zips are deterministic, so the recorded checksum can be reproduced later.
