Two trucks, twelve trailers, one mod
The TWC Roadmaster family started with one tractor and three dry vans. Then came the Deluxe to haul vehicles, the tankers with their jobs, and the flatbeds that move a base. The collection puts all of it in one download and one folder: everything from TWC Roadmaster Tractor Trailer Combo 2.1.0, TWC Roadmaster Deluxe 1.0.0, TWC Quartermaster Tankers 1.0.0 and TWC Quartermaster Flatbeds 1.0.0.
It is its own mod, not four mods in one zip. One folder, TWC-Roadmaster-Logistics, with one ModInfo, the Roadmaster’s code once, and every truck, trailer and livery kit inside it.
What’s in it
- The trucks: the TWC Roadmaster 6x4 tractor and the Roadmaster Deluxe on its longer frame, both with the cab view and working gauges, both pulling all twelve trailers.
- The dry vans: 28’, 40’ and 53’, with 60, 96 and 120 slots; the rear doors swing open on the storage and the freight shows as it fills.
- The vehicle haulers: the 53’ step deck, lowboy and recovery lowboy. Park a vehicle behind or beside one, pick Winch vehicle on, and it’s chained down for the road.
- The tankers: the gas tanker fuels every vehicle around it, the water tanker pumps a lake in and pours it where you want it, and the dry bulk plants your farm plots.
- The flatbeds and the log trailer: the 53’ and 40’ flatbeds each carry a conex that packs storage crates whole, and the log trailer’s logs show as it’s loaded.
- The livery kits: all fifteen TWC Roadmaster kits, on every truck and trailer.
The collection or the single mods, never both
The single mods stay up on their own pages for anyone who wants one or two of them. With both installed, every truck and trailer would be in the game twice and the Roadmaster’s code would load twice, so it’s one or the other. Switching from the single mods means a new save: moving a save from the singles to the collection isn’t supported.
How it all works
The video puts all four how-tos in one, nine minutes in game: the Roadmaster hooking up and releasing a dry van, the Deluxe winching vehicles on, the tankers planting, fueling and pumping, and the flatbeds packing a base into a conex, chapter by chapter.
Tested
Taroos tested 1.0.0 on 30 October on V3.3 and newer (the game was V3.4.0). The collection loaded alone, with none of the single mods. In a new world both trucks and all twelve trailers spawned, every trailer coupled, the livery kits went on every model, and Trader Bob sold the fleet. He quit and reloaded the world: the fourteen vehicles came back, and the truck that was hooked up came back coupled. The V2.6 file is built from the four mods’ V2.6 files, each tested on V2.6 the day it came out, and checked against them file by file.
Crafting
Every truck and trailer is a workbench recipe from the game’s own vehicle parts, and every livery kit is 60 paint and 2 duct tape. Trader Bob sells them from day one, and the creative menu has them all.
Requirements
- Game build: 7 Days to Die V3.3 or newer, or V2.6 (b14) with the V2.6 download.
- The stock
0_TFP_Harmonyfolder that ships with the game. No other mods are needed. - EAC off. Multiplayer: the server and every player need the same folder.
Known issues
- Water placement: water fills the lowest open space first; poured beside a raised pool, some of it may spread onto the ground around it.
- V2.6: the vehicle-side Winch onto trailer isn’t available; the trailer’s Winch vehicle on is.
- Chrome is a baked reflection, because the game gives vehicle shaders no reflection probe.
