What this is
The Warlock Commandery is the public record of the workshop: five project lanes, dated field reports, videos, downloads, a Now page, and one contact button that follows you around the site.
What is real on day one
- Every project dossier reflects the actual state of the work as of today, with prototype called prototype.
- The field reports are drawn from the real milestone record, dates included.
- The images are proof renders and live-world screenshots from the projects themselves.
What is placeholder
- Most video entries. The channel is linked and the first real video is in; build logs replace the samples as they are published.
- The download entries have no links yet because nothing has been cleared for public release. They show the stage each mod is at.
- Nothing, as of 8 September: the site is live at warlock-commandery.netlify.app. A custom domain can come later.
The seam
The site is plain files: one markdown or YAML document per project, report, video, or download, with a schema for each. Adding a report is adding a file and rebuilding. That is deliberately simple so the crew can do it later without the site knowing or caring who wrote the file.
Next
Real video links, the first published pack, and the first report filed by the crew rather than by hand.
